Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering to a Webinar hosted by KMC Srls. You should understand that by registering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Your registration
1.1 To register you must complete the online registration and accept the opt-in selector. You will receive a confirmation upon completing the online registration process if you have not received your booking confirmation within 24 hours.
1.2 By registering online you have agreed to accept these terms. A contract will exist as soon as KMC Srls sends you a confirmation of registration.
1.3 Please check the details of your booking carefully and let KMC Srls know if any information appears to be incorrect. You can update your details by emailing
1.4 Please ensure you give us up to date and correct contact details. We could send you important event information such as joining instructions and presentation slides via email.
1.5 In the unlikely event of a timing change or other such amendment, you will be contacted by email.
2. What is included?
2.1 Your booking includes participation in a virtual webinar or event.
2.2 KMC Srls hosted webinars are presented by our own personnel or by third parties sponsor speakers.
3. Content
3.1 The views expressed by the third parties sponsors speakers in this meeting are solely those of the speakers concerned and they do not represent the official views or opinions of KMC Srls. KMC Srls and its officers, employees and agents do not accept or assume any liability, responsibility or duty of care for any consequences of you or anyone else acting, or refraining to act, in reliance on the views and opinions expressed in this meeting or for any decision based on those views and opinions.
3.2 The presentation slides and video footage should not be reproduced in any form or in any means without the written permission of KMC Srls.
3.3 KMC Srls reserves the right to change the programme as outlined in pre-event literature and on the website due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.4 Any copying, reproduction, recording, rebroadcasting and/or duplication of the webinars in any format whatsoever is strictly forbidden without the written consent of KMC Srls.
4. Data protection
4.1 KMC Srls may collect personally identifiable information relating to you, a delegate, (including your name; employer’s name and address; telephone number; email address and similar). Such information may be collected when you register online or communicate with us by email.
You agree and consent to KMC Srls using all such personal information received and processed, as necessary.
This includes processing by us, by the webinar provider, and relevant third parties such as third parties sponsors, for the purpose of administration, statistical analysis, marketing, customer service and feedback, as relevant.
As a part of our commercial offer, webinar registrants allow KMC Srls to sell, trade or rent the personal data collected in the webinar registration form with third party partners and sponsors collaborating with KMC Srls. Third party partners could use this information for their own marketing activites (newsletters, etc).
