Description
The Geek+ MP1000R is an advanced AMR, carrying up to 1000 kg at 1.5m/s, with precise navigation and obstacle avoidance for efficient material handling

The Geek+ MP1000R is a highly advanced  AMR Robot designed for efficient material handling in dynamic environments like factories and warehouses.

This robot is particularly notable for its robust payload capacity and speed, being able to carry up to 1000 kg and move at a speed of up to 1.5 meters per second.

It measures 1090x830x275mm (LxWxH) and weighs 169 kg, showcasing a compact design that's suitable for operations in confined spaces.

A key feature of the MP1000R is its built-in lifting device, which enables it to transport carts and racks with ease.

The minimum clearance below the load is 300 mm, and the lifting device has a pitch of 60 mm. This functionality allows the robot to change direction without needing to rotate the load, enhancing maneuverability and operational efficiency.

The robot can accommodate rack and cart sizes ranging from 1020-1500 mm in both width and length.

For navigation and safety, the MP1000R is equipped with 2D obstacle detection and autonomous obstacle avoidance capabilities. It can maintain accurate localization using various methods such as 2D SLAM, markers or reflectors, and QR codes on the floor. Additionally, it can pivot in place, which is particularly useful in tight spaces.

The MP1000R's versatility is further highlighted by its ability to traverse gaps in the floor up to 10 mm wide and climb inclines with a slope gradient of up to 4.4%. It has a floor clearance of 30 mm below the robot. For continuous operation, the robot features a large-capacity lithium battery, enabling it to work through an 8-hour shift without needing a recharge.

In terms of compliance and certification, the MP1000R is CE Marked, ETL Marked, FCC Marked, and aligns with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and UL 3100 Ed. 2-2020.

This robot's integration with Bosch Rexroth’s Rokit Locator software enhances its capabilities for autonomous navigation in highly dynamic environments, making it a flexible and scalable solution that can replace manual forklifts and tuggers.

Geek+'s partnership with Bosch Rexroth has led to the incorporation of simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology in the MP1000R. This technology, along with its hybrid navigation capabilities, allows the robot to autonomously transport goods with precision and efficiency.
